Section I. The author gives evidences of a new dynamic property of field-mass conversion (FMC) of E,H-radiation at all frequencies, based on 22 well-known experimental physical facts, analysis of the Maxwell’s wave theory and modern concepts of electromagnetic (E, H) quanta of energy. A logically closed theory is formulated for FMC process with secant-type wave functions for E and H components, and with quantum volume functions of frequency in mass and field states (using the theory of relativity). Seven main consequences of the FMC property are shown, including prediction of maximum E,H-quantum energy (mass) that is possible in Nature and sufficiently verified by latest experiments; minimum possible E,H-quantum energy (mass), as a third natural unit of measurement (in addition to Planck units of length and time); wave-corpuscle duality.
Section II. On the basis of analysis of 24 experimental facts that are well-known in physics, special theory of relativity (STR) and personal opinions, the author shows that the energy of electromagnetic (E, H) quantum hν1q and kinetic energy m0v2/2 of a microparticle in the form of quantum hν2q of gravitational field (G-field) are inseparably linked with rest mass, m0, of the microparticle moving at v-velocity in the laboratory coordinate system (LCS). Also, the author shows that these quanta characterized by autonomous motion are performing inertial motion of a microparticle (body) as observed in LCS; according to STR, the energy increment, Δmc2, is equal to the sum of hν1q + hν2q, but does not have the inertial property; wave properties of the microparticle are caused by FMC physical processes taking place within these quanta, while their inseparably link displaying itself in a common velocity, v, is a result of electromagnetism and gravitation indivisibility.
