I heard a radio station was doing a game where someone would select 4 number that can be 0-9. I was wondering what are the odds that someone will guest these 4 numbers for the first time.

There is a 1 in 10 chance of guessing each number correctly (they're independent, right?) so there's a 1/10000 chance.

If I misinterpreted, and the digits are distinct, then there's a 1/10*9*8*7 chance, or 1/5040 chance (if I did that multiplication in my head correctly :) )
