I have a question that I have been having some trouble with:

A cubical wooden block with an edge length of 10 cm contains a cubical hollow space with a 4 cm edge inside. What is the volume of wood making up the block ?

My answer was 936 cm^3; however the answer key says I am wrong (it doesn't tell me the "correct" answer)

I would appreciate your help

V=(10^3-4^3)cm^3
=(1000-64)cm^3
=936cm^3

The answer key is wrong. haha
