Time Travel and the LHC

An article I wrote about time travel (and includes a brief discussion about wormhole formation in the LHC) has been published in the Philadedelphia Inquirer:

Even though I know for sure that time travel is not possible, I still will not miss the opportunity to watch a movie about it. It is such a wonderfully romantic notion and a great exercise for the imagination.

By the way, we don't really need the LHC to find the smallest particle. That information is right there in the data of the Periodic Table. One only needs to know what to look for and be able to recognize it when they see it. (See my post in this same section.)
