How can I find out what light frequency will pass through glass without creating too much glare?
I am using a camera system to look through a 20mm thick piece of glass into a laser welding chamber. The light is bad and the video is difficult to use by the welding operator.
I have tried halogen lights - too much glare
I have tried a small red laser light (presenation pointer) - creates very spotty images that cannot be used for a machine vision application - edges are lost
Thanks for the help.
