What is Emergent Probability Phenomena (EPP)?EPP is Pulsoid Theory's (www.CQthus.com/PT/PTis) (PT) explanation for the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle (www.CQthus.com/PT/HUP) (HUP).

EPP is the resultant of the uncertain/random point of expansion when a Pulsoid (www.CQthus.com/PT/P) pulses. Each expansion is along a random axis of the inner ellipsoid of an Emergent Ellipsoid (www.EmergentEllipse.com), while the outer ellipsoids of each pulse tend to merge, for various reasons.
