The Non-constant speed of Light.

The Non-constant speed of Light (NSL) easily explains all non-local phenomena and "super" phenomena near zero kelvin (0 K).

The speed of Light (SOL) is not governed by Einstein's proclamation any more than inertia's "speed" is governed by Newton's proclamation.

In their era of declaration, neither Newton nor Einstein knew much of Cosmology, sub-atomic phenomena, the resultant complications that Gödel elucidated with his Incompleteness Theorem (GIT), or the pioneering work of Pauli, Heisenberg, and Schrödinger.

If the speed of light is not constant, how is it determined? What governs the speeds which it can reach? The speed of light (SOL) moves forward and laterally unlike molecular waves such as water and sound.

Light, as it changes direction with reflection and pulses forward and back, non-locally, while laterally oscillating sinusoidally, moves at all speeds from the infinite to the infinitesimal.

If Light did not move hyper-relativistically, its pulses would not be non-local; and, its lateral oscillations could not keep up with the wave front. This non-locality is perceived as photons . . . Light particles.

The SOL is determined by the pace of its forward pulses, which are determined by the Conceptual Unit (www.CQthus.com/PT/CU) and fundamental, intrinsic time (www.CQthus.com/PT/FIT) (FIT). The pace of the deceleration is so small that it is nearly unnoticeable at anthropic scales and speeds; however, over long periods of time, it is quite noticeable as red-shift (www.CQthus.com/PT/RS) that occurs as the light pulsoid's curvature decreases and its minor diameter increases as the light "wave" decelerates/dissipates to motinlessness.
