Another verse of urban dream,
A nameless girl with golden hair,
Imprisoned by forces unseen,
A maiden clothed in evening air.

A siren with good intentions,
A virgin to nothing but love,
Dark fear preventing ascention,
Avoiding the phantoms above.

This aging portrait of a child,
Tangled in Earthly resistance,
Haunted are dreams of one exiled,
Oh, where is that spark in the distance?

Bearing of an uncharted course,
Her indescression led her here,
Befriended by unique remorse,
Warmed only by her sweetened tears.

A bride in waiting she once felt,
A daughter of Luna is she,
Galactic rings, Orion's belt,
Her fallen lashes set her free.

Waves so far still sweep her away,
Rosetta's equal, that precious sine,
Never slumbered, tonight she may,
Invisible and undefined.

This verse of dream reflects a condition that besets us all.

For me, this poem is a clarion call of why to rationalize our situation and move to a clear understanding that is based upon observation and logic.
