And who decides whether your refutation is valid or not?

My experience with "pet theories" is that you can't disprove them because what the person says simply makes no sense. And they don't accept your saying that as a refutation!

The offer may be crap, and his Klein-G paper is mathematically strange, probably not clearly testable or refutable. The gravitation paper however, is a simple scalar calculation, and should be demonstrable, to "anyone's satisfaction", that it unambiguously disagrees with GR experiments. I'm still skeptical, but curious.
