Is it possible to harness power from the expansion of space-time?

If so, then does that not mean that energy is being created by said expansion, and therefore our system, by expansion, is not a closed system by any means even on the universal level within our perceivable dimensions?

[Weird random thought, though probably incorrect, could the expansion be due to the black holes pumping energy back into the universe in a unperceived dimension that creates said expansion?]

Solar energy is also a form of wave mation. So the random question as shared at top, i think ozone layer is the major obstacle in this phenomenon to perform under solar power.
