I posted this question in another forum on this site but think I did it in the wrong spot..
I think i have it right now.
When your teacher says... tests are worth 25%, quizzes are worth 10%, and so on....
how are they figuring your grade?

How are they figuring your grade?
I only see 35% of the grade scale (25 + 10)....
Whats the other 65% of the gradescale.....
You need to define what you are solving for before you seek answers.
The rest of the 'equation' would really help solving this problem.... I look forward to helping you soon 8)

This is a very simple concept of percentages that seems trickier than it is.
If tests are 65% of your grade, then multiply your test average by .65. Do the same for the other averages and add them up to get your final grade.
